Website Training — Platform training is available to update and maintain your website independently. I will give you lessons on managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting your website. Available hourly to site owners and their staff responsible for managing the site.

Project Workflow

1. Schedule a Call

2. Introduction Call

During the introduction call, you can share what you want your website to look like and the functionality you want it to have. We’ll review your answers to the questionnaire and discuss your business and customers and how to engage them with your website.

3. Project Acceptance

Following the introduction call, I will send you the proposal. The proposal will include a summary of your request and my recommendations, a list of deliverables, and the project timeline from start to finish. When ready, you’ll approve the proposal by signing the project acceptance. Then, pay the deposit invoice, and work on your website project will begin.

4. Onboarding & Gather Requirements

I will create a project folder on Google Drive and grant you access. You will complete the content questionnaire and upload the website requirements (your logos, images, credentials, etc.).

5. Review & Feedback

After I create a solid preview, I will send you an email and instructions to review the website in test mode. After your review, you will give your feedback and comments. We will continue this process until all requirements are met.

6. Project Closeout

When all requirements are met, I’ll complete a final overview to ensure no mistakes or typos. Test all forms, integrations, and automation to ensure everything works. After your final approval, I’ll send over the project closeout document and the final invoice for payment.

7. Launch

After the final payment has been received, your website will go live! I will provide you with the final documentation for your website.
