WordPress Website Design
Every business deserves to have a modern, high-end website.
These are the standard WordPress website design services you can expect when you work with me.
What kind of website do you need?
Blog
The blog is the main focus of your brand. You want to be able to share everything you know about your topic and make great content. Keep your readers engaged and coming back for more!
One-Page
One long-form page for products, services, sales, and more. The design has defined sections that highlight key information, are quickly scannable, and have a clear call to action.
Multi-Page
Has all the key pages to create an informational hub for your brand or business. It covers all the essentials – home, about, and contact pages. It can include additional pages like services, portfolios, galleries, blogs, and more.
Ecommerce
An online shopping cart with the capability to sell physical goods, digital products, or services. It includes multiple pages for doing business and can be integrated with print-on-demand add-ons.
WordPress has a solution
Project Workflow
If you’re ready to start a website project, complete and submit the questionnaire. I will respond within 24 hours.
1. Schedule a call
After I receive your completed discovery questionnaire, I will be in contact within 24 hours to schedule an introduction call to discuss your project.
2. Introduction Call
During the introduction call, you can share what you want your website to look like and the functionality you want it to have. We’ll review your answers to the questionnaire as well as discuss your business, your customers, and how to best serve them with your website.
3. Project Acceptance
Following the introduction call, I will send you the proposal. The proposal will include a summary of your request and my recommendations; a list of deliverables, and the project timeline from start to finish. When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll approve the proposal by signing the project acceptance. Then pay the deposit invoice and work on your website project will begin.
4. Onboarding & Gather Requirements
I will create a project folder on Google Drive and grant you access. There you will complete the content questionnaire to complete the website requirements and upload your logos, images, credentials, etc.
5. Review & Feedback
After I create a solid preview, I will send you an email and instructions to review the website in test mode. After your review, you will give your feedback and comments. We will continue this process until all requirements are met.
6. Project Closeout
When all requirements are met, I’ll complete a final overview to make sure there are no mistakes or typos. Test all forms, integrations, and automation to make sure everything is working as it should. After your final approval, I’ll send over the project closeout document and the final invoice for payment.
7. Launch – Your website will go live!
Post-Launch
Download the Services & Pricing Guide for full details.
Maintenance & Support
As a client, our relationship does not end with the website launch. With a maintenance and support plan, I will monitor your website on a daily basis and keep it performing, so you can fully focus on what matters – managing and growing your business.
The maintenance and support plan is available on an ad hoc basis, monthly, or annually.
Training
WordPress training is available to learn how to update and maintain your website on your own. I will give you lessons on managing your new business website from the WordPress dashboard plus an overview of how your web hosting works.
WordPress training is available to site owners and their staff that are responsible for managing the site.
